City Traffic Police Rawalpindi Launches Daily Public Hour for Citizens’ Complaints and Suggestions

In a move to enhance public convenience and ensure quick resolution of citizens’ concerns, the City Traffic Police Rawalpindi (CTP) has introduced a daily Public Hour at its headquarters.

According to a spokesperson for the department, citizens can now visit the office of Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Rawalpindi, Farhan Aslam, at the City Traffic Police Headquarters, Main Peshawar Road, every day from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. to share their complaints, suggestions, and issues directly.

CTO Farhan Aslam stated that the purpose of this initiative is to build a direct bridge between the public and the department. “Public feedback plays a key role in improving the traffic management system. Our goal is to address citizens’ concerns promptly and make their commuting experience safer and smoother,” he said.

During the Public Hour, all visitors will not only be heard but their concerns will be forwarded immediately to the relevant officers for swift action. CTO Aslam emphasized that the City Traffic Police Rawalpindi is committed to resolving citizens’ issues on a priority basis, ensuring transparency, accessibility, and trust between the public and the traffic department.
