PSL Season 10: Traffic Plan for Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium

The City Traffic Police Rawalpindi has released a comprehensive traffic management plan for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 matches to be held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The plan aims to ensure smooth traffic flow and public convenience during the event days.

🏏 Match Dates:

April: 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 19
May: 7, 8, 9, 10, 13

🚧 Traffic Diversions and Alternate Routes:

Club Road: Traffic will be diverted from Sarina Chowk towards Srinagar Highway.
Murree Road (Faizabad to Double Road): Will be completely closed on April 13 and May 17 from 5 PM to 11 PM due to team movements. On days with double matches, restrictions will be in place from 11 AM to 11 PM.
Traffic from Islamabad to Rawalpindi: Will be diverted from Faizabad to Expressway.
Traffic from Rawalpindi to Islamabad: Will be diverted from 6th Road Chowk towards Saidpur Road.
Travelers from 9th Avenue: Will be redirected to IJP Road.
Stadium Road: Will be completely closed from 9th Avenue Chowk to Double Road during match hours.

🚍 Metro Bus Service Updates:

The Metro Bus Service will remain operational, however, due to security measures, the Rehmanabad, Khatm-e-Nabuwat, and Faizabad stations will be temporarily closed during match hours.
